The go to for Anime

Used to be able to watch some shows without subscription, now I can’t even watch free shows. I’m not paying for something that was free 2 months ago

Crunchyroll is the Best!

App is not working on my WiFi, tried reaching out to support, made me talk to a robot and when prompted to talk to a human support ai just stopped working.

Barley loads and constantly refreshes every 3 minutes

Honestly the premium isn’t that expensive as I thought like it’s so cheap 😭🫶

The app has 5-10 ads (~5 minutes) at the start and middle of each episode, the streaming quality is just really bad 90% of the time, and everything has a paywall past the 3rd episode unless it’s not a good anime. Just pirate stuff (hianime.to)

I’m not gonna lie, I really enjoyed the comments feature, I only really realized it once it was brutally taken away. Reviews were a great part of the service and it allowed for picking and choosing anime that are actually good, rather than just cash grabs.

I highly dislike the fact that I took sooooooo long to pay for this. Not going back Crunchyroll deserves every penny tbh

The app is very good and I have always loved anime, but one problem... The ads! I can't stand ads, plus there's like 6ads every 2seconds. We literally just have to stare at the screen for forever doing nothing, it also repeats the same ad like 10times. I know you want people to buy premium.. It please so something about the ads.

Playback speed adjustment is missing here. If they add this the app would be better.

Crunchyroll is the BEST anime app EVER. This has so many anime’s that are not available on their apps! I love how it releases anime’s a couple of hours after Japan releases theirs! I highly recomend getting Crunchyroll mega fan or something with no adds. Very good!

I haven’t been able to watch anything since I last renewed my subscription, and it’s been two weeks now

Love the app, if only I could stay signed in. Would rate 5 stars if they fix the bug the keeps signing me out.

Too many adds

I like the app but the one thing that bugs me the most is that they don't have many popular anime character icons for the profiles. I would like it better if they had a my hero academia, dragon ball Z, and Naruto profile pictures.

The app is junk. Either organize the app like the website or stop blocking the website on iPads.

There is more ads than the show I’m trying to watch please stop shoving 7 ads in my face every 5 minutes it takes away from the watching experience. Stays a 1 star until they remove this excessive amount of ads. And they repeat all the time too. I don’t care about your Solo Leveling game and shoving it into my fave 24/7 won’t change that.

Love this app and all it has to offer but you guys have got to drop a speed adjuster for those of who love to watch in 2x speed pleasee🙏

There’s just WAY too much ADDs when I was watching blue lock like most of the time it WAS 6 ADDS OR 7

ong love this app, episodes have good quality. and don’t need good wifi to watch. i also like that there’s a place where all my watch info is.

Love the variety of shows, but the fact that there’s an average of 20 adds per a 16-20 minute episode is just ridiculous.

The categories could be separated significantly better. As well as I want to see things that are newer or coming out more recently yet I am finding things like Yu-Gi-Oh popping up earlier in the list than something that came out three years ago. As for the categories being separated, I shouldn’t be finding mainly adventure with very little romance in the or vice versa just because there’s a smidge of it or small flirting doesn’t mean it should be labeled romance it should be in the other more apparent section

cant watch in peace cuz theres ads every 5 mins and theyre so long so im not even enjoying watching my show like r u serious why is fhat many makes it so unenjoyable

Like the title says there’s a great selection and sub and dub are amazing, but are comments coming back? it really was one of the things that made crunchyroll perferable to other platforms

Can’t even subscribe because the app won’t let me. The subscription butter doesn’t even work once I click it…won’t load/activate subscription

I watch the ads, my VPN disconnects, I reconnect it, watch more ads, and it just disconnects again. I wish I could say I’m joking when I say it only happens on crunchyroll

I like this app a lot but there are just a lot of adds now and it’s kinda annoying. Because it will get good and then you have to watch 2-6 adds for just one of the add breaks. And there isn’t that much more that is bad but the adds are not good.

Was better when it had comments. I always enjoyed seeing when others shared my thoughts, or reading about insights I wasn’t tracking…

Pretty sure I wrote a review before but, the app will just stop working and won’t load what you’re trying to watch, imo just pirate, it’s free and will probably work better.

Please please please add comments again and ill make it 5 stars pleeeeaaaaasseeeee

I really like watching crunchy roll but there are some shows that I’ve seen clips of and then searched saying it’s on crunchy roll just to say it’s not working (such as golden time) but other than that it’s amazing

So when I’m watching a show and I get an ad sequence, specific ads refuse to load and force me to restart crunchyroll, so I have to rewatch the entire 6 ads only to be met with the same ad and not be able to continue again so I am stopped from watching the anime I want to watch and just have to watch endless ads while reloading the app

Got brand new macbook pro updated and the app/website thought i was still watching on it until i powered it down then 15 minutes later app finally realized i wasnt watching on that but i was trying put something on my tv

Please lower the amount of ads this is insane

I like how there’s so many options for shows but I could watch like a 25 minute episode and it will end up taking like 30 minutes. from the adds there are 7 adds per add pause and they come like every 2 minutes and that’s very annoying. This is causing me to lose interest in the app and I think that’s the reason why many people stop using chrunchyroll. Then there’s another reason I’m losing interest when I’m looking for another shoe to watch it’s hard to find anything because they all need premium. Alot of the shows needing premium are on Netflix or Hulu with very few adds. With that I think you should make less adds to make people want to keep watching. And add a feature to the sorting to only show free anime’s or only premium. Sorry for the low review but it needs to improve for the people with less money. And for people with short attention spans.

The site is good and I really enjoy it but the only thing is it use to stream gate I think and it’s gone which makes me sad :(

i watch a solid minute worth of ads, finish, exit to recheck how many seasons there were, and then came back just to get the EXACT SAME ADS and i mean like i guess it’s fair to make season 1 free and season 2 paid, but like.. i just wanna watch my gorgeous blue lock man i dont wanna watch six ads every episode AND THERE’S TWELVE EPISODES although im too lazy to check how many ads u get per episode idc

Take sense of community and throw it in the garbage lazy mods and can’t pay for moderators weak CEO and terrible management from board

Great app with nice selection

The developers continue to erode and eliminate many of the features, like split-screen support, a buggy tiny watch window…took a great app and destroyed it. Cancelled my subscription-plenty of competition
