I been using Crunchyroll for a long time and Im premium member since 2014 and I have to say this is the best app for anime out there, I never had issues

I subscribed to their premium membership, so I get no ads which is pretty nice. However, lately they are having issue just buffering videos. Whenever I switch to another steaming app Netflix, YouTube, etc. they are working fine; and when I switch back to Crunchyroll the video just doesnt load.

Crunchyroll is the main anime source that I can completely rely on. Getting premium is a must have if you are really into anime

The app works you can watch a lot of anime shows but you have to endure 5, 5 minute breaks that are so very long other than that the app is good

Totally great app, HOWEVER have to watch the same exact commercials 4 times in a row (during one commercial break) makes for a headache and a miserable experience... I even found myself reciting the commercial line for line...

Its an app that I definitely use daily by all means. The anime they have is quite expansive and is growing by the season. Though they--unfortunately--dont have ALL the anime, they still have quite a good bit, which is wonderful. They also included a night mode which is handy for the eyes (though I just use it regardless of the time of day). If there is anything that Id complain, its that everything you bookmark is in a single tab, if youre watching them or not, seasonal or not; everything you bookmark is in one big list. Itd be nice to be able to bookmark different series so you can differentiate series youre currently watching from the ones you will watch in the future or even the anime thats airing seasonally. Its just a little quirk that doesnt ruin the experience too bad at all. The app as it stands is completely fine --great even. Theres just a few things Id personally like that would make my experience better.

I use to like this app a lot but ever since I re installed it the show takes forever to load ( about 3+ min or so) and if I go back I have to watch like 5 commercials that freeze every minute or so. I dont know but yall should fix this.....

I am a premium member and since I dont have to see commercials I truly cant complain about anything. Well, maybe concerning the abilities to both rate and post comments/read comments like its done in the computer. Other than that theres no bugs, and the shows play smoothly as long as I have good internet connection. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s

I like the app, but I cant get past the first add without the app freezing and there are way too many ads

Tried to watch a show and got 5 commercials in a row didnt even feel like watching the show after that I know thats how they make there money but limit the commercials Because if youre gonna have 4-5 breaks they shouldnt consist of more commercials then anime air time

The app is good it crashes when the ads start up some times it refuses to play eps because the ads has to load its annoying I know they make for it to be free but its still mean to the people trying to wait have to wait to finish an ep next day because it wouldnt load

First off, u are watching this for free, that is why they is so much ads! I mean where are they going to get the money from? Second I love this app!

You guys have updated it for "bug fixes" so many times already, but the black screen STILL HAPPENS. Every time it goes to commercials, it takes so long to load and sometimes it doesnt even load! I cant do anything but close the app. Also, the quality is horrible. You guys have a ton of competition and the quality on free websites is so much better than yours. You dont even have some of the best animes. You guys REALLY need to step-up your game, cause youre losing viewers.

Ive been getting an error lately. The app straight up wont open its super annoying.. Im going to cancel my premium subscription, whats the point of paying if I cant use it. :-
