Doesnt load when playing an anime. Buggy version.

When I first got this app it was AMAZING. After playing four episodes I encountered what seems to be the "black screen of death" Ive tried everything and nothing is working. Its seriously ridiculous and is making a lot of people angry including me. FIX IT!!

Ad insertion tech on this app is horrifically bad. It does not indicate the total length of each ad break and sometimes runs for 3-4 minutes. It sometimes returns to ads all over again after running content for a few seconds. Pay monthly for no ads? I get the message. But the fact that it cant run an app properly just doesnt make me like the overall service.

Yeah it might have an ok selection of shows you want to watch. That doesnt make up for the inconvenience of ads everywhere, not to mention how they get bugged and you cant even watch youre show. Youre better off not touching this.

Ive been using crunchy roll for quite some time now but after the previous update I havent been able to watch very many shows. When I click to resume my episode itll go full screen then the ad will pop up but then the screen will suddenly go black and no ad will play... I tried to wait for a few minutes and my phone just powers off.

This app is a wonderful place to watch anime, but recently its become next to impossible to actually have an entire episode play without getting a black screen. This bug has, for me, only happened when an ad fails to load or when an ad finishes and then fails to return to the episode. I do hope you can see how irritating this is seeing how when you try to restart the episode you end up having to watch the 5 or so ads just to get back to where you were. And theres no guarantee it wont just end up happening again. Hope this bug gets resolved soon.

I love this app because of the anime but the thing I hate about it now is the black screen that happens in the ads. I try to see Naruto Shippuden episode 120 ish and when the first ad pops up the screen stays black and that just annoys me. I get mad that I dont get to watch the rest of the episode. Can you please fix this cause I really dont want to have problems with this app. But this is a great app so Im giving this 4 stars

I just got this app. As soon as I click on the anime I would like to watch, the screen has a loading symbol for a second and then goes black and stays that way.

I just got the app its good to watch animes with but the first anime I was watching it was working then I got and as and a black screen came up on it and now I cant watch anything I like the app but its a bad first impression

The app is crashing and when I go to continue to watch an episode, a black screen pops up and completely stops working

So Im ok with all ads, when I watch "Lost Village" an ad pops up and then my screen turns black, I waited for about 10 minutes and it stayed black, I tried refreshing the app and it just keeps doing it. I also refreshed my device and still does it, please fix this bug.

Why in the hell does it always go to a black during ads cant there just be an update to fix it please its getting on my nerves when Im trying to watch bleach

Ive actually had crunchyroll for quite the while. The only complaint I have is the ads, the main reason being I keep seeing the same ad over and over again. And its not even in English. *Cough Cough, looking at you Spanish Nissan Ads* Theres also those annoying times when I go to watch anime and the first ad doesnt pop up, leaving me with a black screen of disappointment that ceases to disappear. Other than that, I have no complaints. Although, hopefully they can fix both of these problems soon.

Get rid of the ads because they sometimes freeze the app (it gets annoying and I cant finish the whole video).

I wish this app was good because who doesnt love free anime, the ads act as commercials but are placed at the most odd times. Then theres the reason Im giving this one star,the black screen. It happens after an ad for me and then I cant watch the anime series, every time I load it up its black screen. Im not giving it a higher rating because the apps useless when theres a black screen, so Im treating it like something thats useless.

Dont get me wrong I love crunchyroll and that I can watch all the anime I want, but the black screen of death always comes up. It doesnt even completely shut off the app. It just sits there mocking you. Crunchyroll please fix this, I love the service, but you just gotta fix the problems.

Personally I think its a pretty good app. I watch the ads because I dont wanna bother buying premium and Im fine with watching ads most of the time. But atleast give me different ads please! I get the same ads over and over and I can literally repeat some word for word because Ive herd them so many times!! But really the fact that the ads are all the same is the only thing that bothers me. Crunchy Roll is a pretty good app.

This app is really good, but I really need to see the 2nd season of SAO dubbed, and Crunchyroll even said that is was going to be dubbed on March 28,2015.

Too good

I can watch my anime like Haikyuu and stuff but there are so many adds!! They keep replaying too. At least put different adds on,and dont do it at the good parts. Also I wanted to watch Noragami but it didnt have it!! FIX THIS BECAUSE THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING
